My Sister's Keeper helps Mothers and Woman Providers reclaim, reawaken and rejuvenate their lives through earth shaking transformation.
At MSK we believe that every individual has the potential to live a fulfilling and purposeful life. My approach is centered around helping my clients cultivate self-awareness, identify their values and goals, and create actionable steps towards achieving them. I am committed to providing a safe and non-judgmental space for my clients to explore their inner world and work towards their desired outcomes.
MEET THE WOMAN BEHIND MY SISTER'S KEEPER
With over 22 years of combined experience in the business, medical, mental health and provider fields, I have developed a unique approach that combines evidence-based practices with a client-centered focus.
I have first hand experience with provider burnout, losing one's self to motherhood, domestic abuse and massive transformation. I have come out victorious on the other side and have a passion for helping women be the best version of themselves.
I hold a degree in Business Administration and am a certified Business & Real Estate Specialist. I also hold certifications in Business Management & Operations.
In addition to my professional and educational portfolio, I am most foremost an experienced mother and provider of four amazing daughters and have been a care provider for elderly and disabled individuals.
SERVICES OFFERED
I offer a range of coaching services, including one-on-one coaching sessions, mastermind groups, group coaching, workshops , and retreats.
MSK also serves as a network for Mothers and Woman Providers, offering support, friendships and partnerships.
My areas of expertise include work-life balance, personal & business growth, self care, and parenting/providing.
